Japan's Takaaki Nakagami was fastest in the morning warm-ups ahead of the Aragon Grand Prix, with Enea Bastianini closing in on him at 0.109 seconds, while Johann Zarco was third. In the top five, Maverick Vinales and Marc Marquez finished the warm-up, who started the race from thirteenth place.
Alex Marquez ended the warm-up with a nasty fall. The Spaniard was taken for a medical examination and X-rays of the wrist and neck showed no injuries, so he will be able to compete in the race.
The sixth and seventh times were set by Jack Miller and Jorge Martin, while Fabio Quartararo was eighth, while Aleix Espargaro and Cal Crutchlow also finished in the top ten warm-ups.
