In the race in India, Lotus's tactics failed to ensure that Kimi Raikkonen found himself at the mercy of competitors riding on much less worn tires a few laps before the end of the race. Among them was Finch's teammate Romain Grosjean, who wanted to get past Raikkonen as quickly as possible. But the Finn didn’t give up at first and the Lotus racers were even slightly hit.
Even before the touch, however, it overwhelmed Alan Perman, who was sitting on the team wall. Permane angrily shouted at the champion from the 2007 season: "Kimi, get out of the fu * king way!" or somehow in the style of “Kimi, damn back off!”.
The Finn, known not to be indebted to anyone, replied, among other things: "Don't fucking shout, I'll back off when I get a chance, but he caught me in a quick turn!"
