After a slightly worse start to the race, Sebastian Vettel tactically overtook all competitors without any major problems and recorded a new, fifth consecutive victory. Mark Webber took second place in the fight with Grosjean, and the Lotus racer had to settle for third place. Fourth was Fernando Alonso, who thus still has a theoretical chance of winning this year’s title.
