Sebastian Vettel the fastest racer the first day, was also the fastest in the morning part of the second day. The German, who switched from Red Bull to Ferrari this year, was almost a second faster than his lap time yesterday.

His time yesterday was surpassed only by Mercedes racer Lewis Hamilton, who again led in the number of laps.

In the morning on the track prvič also drove the Lotus E23 race cardriven by Pastor Maldonado. The Venezuelan drove a few laps, which was more than they were able to take at Red Bull after a mistake by Daniil Kvyat, and after new technical problems at McLaren.

Kvyat damaged the front wings of the car, therefore, the test day continues without it, as the team did not have a spare.

McLaren as well as Honda hoped to be today managed to make up for the time, who lost him yesterday when Fernando Alonso drove just 6 laps all day. But even Jenson Button didn't have much more luck, as he drove only five laps this morning with an Mp4-30 race car, whose sound of a Honda engine was not real. His time was a whopping 33 seconds worse than the fastest, and the team confirmed that they were struggling with “recurring problems”.
