Vettel fastest before qualifying

Sebastian Vettel finished with a time of 1: 20.294 at the top of the third free practice at Monza, marked by small differences between the racers. As many as 14 racers completed the training within one second. Max Verstappen was the closest to the leading German. Third and fourth place went to Valtteri Bottas and Charles Leclerc, who set a completely identical time. With the fifth place, Daniel Ricciardo was a bit surprised. Leadis Hamilton finished sixth this time.

Renault’s speed was confirmed by Nico Hulkenberg in seventh place. Alexander Albon, Antonio Giovinazzi and Daniil Kvyat also finished in the top ten. Just behind the top ten, Carlos Sainz finished ahead of Sergio Perez, Pierre Gasly and team-mate Land Norris, who was also last within one second of the fastest time.
