Vettel invincible again

Sebastian Vettel will start the race for the Grand Prix of the United States with the best starting position, which he secured with an excellent lap, which he took with a time of 1: 36.338. His teammate Mark Webber had to settle for second place with a tenth of a bad time, and Romain Grosjean and Nico Hulkenberg will be in the second starting line.

Both Red Bull racers had a big strategic advantage over their rivals in the last part of the qualifications, as they were the only ones from the first part of the qualifying training to progress with the time they put on harder tires. Thus, they saved two sets of softer ones, which is why the calculation for the poles was limited to the team of the current world champions.

Although at first it looked like Webber would be better for a change this time around in the match, the Australian made a mistake in his second attempt and allowed Vettl to beat him.
