The third day of the McLarns

The third day of pre-season testing ended best for McLarn rookie Kevin Magnussen, who finished the test day at the very top. Kevin's teammate Jenson Button was the fastest in the morning, but at the end of the test day, Massa with Williams took second place, followed by Hamilton with Mercedes.

As many as three red flags were flown for Fernando Alonso with Ferrari, Danile Ricciardo with Red Bull and Nico Hulkenberg with Force Indio. Another red stop was later taken by Adrian Sutil, who collided in turn number 7. As the fifth, Jean-Eric Vergne made a stop with Toro Ross, which was only forty minutes before the end of the test day.

At Force India, Hulkenberg drove only seventeen laps, but they had even more problems at Renault. So far, only Vergne has set a time with a car driven by a Renault engine, but has brought two red flags a day. It is also worth mentioning Marussia, who today presented the new MR03 car for the first time, with which Max Chilton successfully drove five warm-up laps.
