Vettel in the rain to the best starting place
In the exciting last part of the qualifiers, spiced with rain, Sebastian Vettl managed to drive almost a second faster lap of all with Red Bull. Second was Felipe Massa, who beat team-mate Fernando Alonso, fourth was Lewis Hamilton with a Mercedes, and fifth was Mark Webber in the second Red Bull.
