Dani Pedrosa showed his teeth before the race in Malaysia and recorded the fastest times of both free practice today. In the second practice session, with a time of 2: 00.554, he missed the lap record held by Jorge Lorenzo by only two tenths of a second, but the Spaniard was still more than half a second faster than all his competitors.
