Already this week, on June 4th and 5th, racers for the Slovenian national championship will be fighting for seconds on Maribor roads. On Friday, there will also be a novelty, the first speed test from the Carinthian Bridge, which will be available live on the online media Planet Siol.net. 126 registered racers for Gorjanci

Next weekend, on the traditional 4,3 km long route from Gornja Težka voda to Veliki Cerovec, the international GHD Gorjanci will take place, the second race of this year's DP of Slovenia in mountain speed motoring. According to the established program, this year there will be three official training runs on Saturday, three races on Sunday, while verifications of the documents of the performers and technical inspections of their vehicles will be performed on Friday afternoon at the Prepih restaurant, where the service zone will be. The organizers of the Gorjanci mountain speed race announced the list of registered racers today. This year, it is only slightly reduced, especially as far as Slovenian racers are concerned, and according to the president of the organizing committee Viktor Levec, these are objective reasons. 66 racers registered for the race in Gorjanci, thirty of them Slovenes, and the organizers believe that this was due to the busy season.
