The people of Lendava won silver in the home race
Petišovci near Lendava was the venue for the fifth race of this year's international doubles speedway championship of Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia and the Czech Republic. In an extremely exciting and even race, the drivers from Český Pardubice celebrated, which increased their advantage in this championship. Aleksander Čonda and Žiga Kovačič, members of the Lendava ensemble, were only two points behind them this time. The last place on the podium was won by members of the Slovak band from Žarnovica, Fritz Wallner and Norbert Magosi.
