The racing weekend at GHD Gorjanci did not start well for our competitor Milan Bubnič. Pivčan flew off the track during training and severely injured the legendary Lancia Delta on the bank by the track, which has become famous all over the world in recent seasons among racing fans. The drummer started the season with a win

Milan Bubnič started this year's season of mountain speed races with a sovereign victory in Stubičke Toplice, Croatia. With the Lancia Delta Integrale, he finished the race only behind the Hungarian with a Croatian license, Istvan Kavecz (BMW E90). In the second run, Bubnič drove more than three and a half seconds faster than Kavecz, but he ran a little less than a second and a half to win. The second fastest Slovenian was Matej Grudnik with the new Renault Clio, who was fourth in the overall standings. Third place went to Peter Marc.
