Official testing of the DTM series began in Estroil, where Jamie Green got on the first day with Audi. The Briton was almost half a second faster today than team-mate Rockenfeller, who finished second. Third and fourth place went to Mercedes (Paul di Resta and Pascal Wehelein). It is worth mentioning that the rockenfeller set the fastest time of the day in the morning, which is why Green did not have much competition in the afternoon, when the fastest lap of the first test day was formed. It is worth mentioning that it was very windy, with four Audi racers driving a total of 563 laps. In counting the laps, BMW followed with 490 and Mercedes with 356 laps. Behind the fifth Ekstrom with Audi we find one BMW, Bruno Spengler, but the champion from 2012 is left with the rest of the BMW races
