The new R8 will be available in two engine versions, namely the V10 version with 540 horsepower and the V10 Plus version, which will boast 70 horsepower more, ie 610. This is a big leap compared to the first generation R8, as it is the first the generation received only 421 horsepower in the V8 engine version. Both new engines will be placed centrally - between the front and rear axles. Unlike its predecessor, there is no talk of a manual transmission yet. Only a seven-speed car will be available
