Maverick Vinales celebrated his tenth victory in the MotoGP class in Austin, becoming the first rider in the MotoGP era to win on bikes from three different manufacturers. The Spaniard showed exceptional speed at the Grand Prix of the Americas throughout the weekend, and confirmed his excellent form in Sunday's race, where he dropped to eleventh place after an incident in the first corner, but eventually won.
