Ferrari cautious about Mercedes' propensity to defrost engines

Last week, three manufacturers of Formula One engines met - Renault, Mercedes and Ferrari, where they talked mainly about changing the rule of freezing or thawing the development of engines during the season. Namely, Mercedes advised that they could update their engine at least once during the 2015 season, which in the past was strongly rejected by Renault and Ferrari, as this was supposed to drastically raise costs. Ron Dennis and Luca di Montezemolo are in all probability thinking in this direction, and they are ruling accordingly.
