At the end of this year, Susie Wolff will become the first woman to take part in the famous race of champions, or Race of Champions, which will take place this time in Brbados.

The Scot, who raced in the German DTM series for seven years and has now been working with Formula One Williams since 2012, will race against some famous names such as Tom Kristensen, who is a nine-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans race. It will also be raced by Lotus racer Romain Grosjean, Indianapolis 500 mile race winner Ryan Hunter-Reay, Australian V8 Supercar series driver Jamie Whincup, and first world relics champion and rally legend Petter Solber.

“I have a regular job at Williams, but nothing outweighs the adrenaline in the race, so I can’t wait to compete with other racers,” Wolff said when announcing the performance. “I am proud that I was chosen to perform at the Race of Champions. I look forward to competing against some of the best racers in the world. ”

This year’s race of champions will take place on December 13th and 14th.
