  1. Daniel Ricardo:

Eddie Jordan: You are responsible for keeping Australia on its feet during this hour

Yes I think a lot of Australians are increasingly following Formula One, almost like in Melbourne, here too I see a huge amount of Australian flags on the finish line, amazingly, I’m overjoyed.

Eddie Jordan: The first two wins happened at the end, and this race was practically yours, you led almost the whole race

Yes, this race was different, I ran a long, practically the whole race, I watched my times all the time, individual laps, I persevered all the time, I wanted to race very fast, I knew it would be hard to stay in first place in the end, but I persisted, I wanted to stay in the first place.

Eddie Jordan: A lot of your fans are here, a lot of flags, a third win this year, tell me how you saw the end of this race when you knew Nico was fast approaching you.

At first I hoped it would all hold up, mechanically, at Red Bull we had quite a few problems this year. I tried to stay focused, race just as fast, and then I spotted a checkered flag.

  1. Nico Rosberg

(accompanied by loud whistles from the spectators)

Eddie Jordan: You raced an amazing race, what happened there in Les Combes in the beginning?

I was faster, I tried to overtake him on the outside, it didn’t work out, we hit, unfortunately, it happens. It also ruined my race, not just his, the team race, we are disappointed about that.

Eddie Jordan: What do you think it was. An ordinary accident, half the chances for both?

It wouldn’t be wise to comment, I have to watch a TV clip first, talk, and then I’ll comment.

Eddie Jordan: We know you have a lot of fans here, Lewis has them too, it was first and second place for you in the game, but then it turned out completely differently.

Yes, we were very convincing after yesterday's qualifiers, we thought we would be able to win first and second place, but it didn't work out.

  1. Valtteri Bottas

Eddie Jordan: We could already have a special place here, four podiums in the last five races.

Why not, the team is working very hard, working very well, lifting well, we have been working in the right direction for the last few months. I myself am in a very good part of my career. We are still fighting with the best, for the highest podiums. However, the first half of the season was very good and we could have improved in the second half.

Eddie Jordan: How much do you think you are still missing to the top step?

Williams is really getting closer to the top, but I think it will be very difficult this year unless we are really lucky. Mercedes is really very strong, we didn't expect Red Bull to return to the top so quickly, Ricciardo is really great. But we are on the right track, that makes me happy.
