At yesterday's meeting of the Formula 1 strategic group, in addition to the Halo system and bans on radio communication, there was also talk of complicated rules.

Not only racers and team leaders, but also Formula 1 fans like to acknowledge that the rules set in Formula 1 are becoming more and more complex and, in fact, those that should be implemented and adhered to are no longer they understand.

Restrictions on the tracks, the 107 percent rule in qualifying and the yellow flag are part of the rules that made many people gray-haired in the last race for the Hungarian Grand Prix last weekend. In addition, the racers themselves believe that the same situations are treated and punished differently. We could say that the confusion has reached its peak, and so the Formula 1 strategic group spoke about this topic at yesterday's meeting, among other things.

The purpose is primarily to clarify the rules and eliminate doubts, if it is also clear to us that this will not be the case. At present, agreement has been reached on a special working group consisting of Ron Meadows of the Mercedes team, Jonathan Wheatlery of the Red Bull and Andy Stevenson of the Force India team.

The head of the team, Maurizio Arrivabene, was also in favor of resolving the situation as soon as possible. “I said last year that we have too many complicated rules and related complications. Our job is to race, so we need simple rules and no doubt whether a certain situation is in accordance with the rules or not, "Arrivabene said sharply during yesterday's meeting.
