Mexican Sergio Perez celebrated victory in the F1 race for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. He was joined on the podium by his Red Bull teammate Max Verstappen, who after technical problems in qualifying started the race from fifteenth place and made his way to second by the finish line, and Fernando Alonso, who took the lead after the start of the race and kept the lead for a few laps races. The Spaniard, who had to serve a 5-second penalty due to incorrect positioning on the grid, achieved the jubilee 100th podium finish in his career.

Mercedes racers George Russell and Lewis Hamilton finished the race in the top five, while Ferrari racers Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc crossed the finish line behind them. Alpine drivers Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly took eighth and ninth place, while Kevin Magnussen won the last point for Haas.
