Italian Claudio De Cecco with a Ford Focus RS WRC is the winner of the 2nd sprint rally in Nova Gorica. The second was our ace Aleks Humar and the third Alfred Kramer.

The rally, which consists of one speed test, which the crews ride four times, attracted a huge number of spectators this year as well. The organization and the very idea of ​​the rally were accepted and praised by many drivers, who would like to see at least one more speed test in the future. This year's match was only considered the Alpe Adria Cup, and the organizers and AŠ2005 are working to ensure that the event is entered in the calendar of the national championship and would thus gain in value.

65 crews competed in Nova Gorica, of which 51 made it to the finish line. The biggest favorite to win, which he also won, was Claudio De Cecco behind the wheel of a Ford Focus RS, with which they once hunted for the laurels of the World Championship. also raced by Mikko Hirvonen and Jari-Matti Latvala. The second place went to our Aleks Humar, who took advantage of a nice opportunity with a Renault Clio R3 and at the same time was preparing for the Croatia rally, which will take place next weekend. Third was Alfred Kramer in a Mitsubishi Lancer.
