Tim Novak-Uroš Ocvirk will compete with the Ford Fiesta R2 in the Fiesta DMACK Trophy at the German Rally World Rally! Before that, they will list the rallies in Poland to gain the necessary experience.

Now it is certain that the Gorenjska-Notranjska duo is going to the rally for the World Championship, where they will compete in the Ford Fiesta DMACK Trophy, which is considered a hotbed of young talent. Before participating in the asphalt German rally ADAC Rallye Deutschland, they will go to the 72nd Lotos Rally Poland to gain enough experience and meet the M-Sport team that takes care of the cup.
“Now we can finally confirm that we will go to Germany for the WRC to compete in the Fiesta DMACK Trophy. With the help of the domestic company Krokar, AŠ2005 and other sponsors, we managed to secure enough financial resources to go to one race for the World Championship, "said the 20-year-old mechanical engineering student cheerfully.
“The main goal is to show and prove ourselves on a global level and, above all, to gain experience in such a demanding race. We chose Germany because of the asphalt surface, as I am most at home on it, but I am still sure that the race will be very demanding. We do not have high expectations, because some of the fastest drivers are competing in the cup for the second season and therefore have a lot of mileage behind them, especially in World Championship races. Therefore, it is clear that we will be difficult to compete, although we will do everything to achieve at least some good time in each speed test, "he added. They compete in the cup with Ford Fiesta race cars, which have a liter turbo engine (1.0T) with about 170 'horsepower', a sequential 5-speed transmission and an adjustable racing chassis.
Almost two months earlier, in early July, they are going to another rally for the World Cup, the rally in Poland. "It's true, in Poland we will make an inventory of the track or get acquainted with the scope of the race for the World Championship. There we will check what the pace of the census should be, what we should pay special attention to and at the same time improve the notes or the census process. In addition, we will establish contacts with people from M-Sport who take care of the Fiesta in a relaxed atmosphere, so that it will be easier in Germany, "he added.
The rally in Poland will take place from 2 to 5 July 2015, and the rally in Germany will be the ninth test out of 13 races, and will be held from 20 to 23 August 2015.
