No penalty for using DRS between yellow flags

Many racers used DRS between today's yellow flags in today's race, which is of course forbidden. Despite strict rules, all racers were acquitted by the International Automobile Federation. Namely, as in the first two races, the FIA also shut down the telemetry system in China, which automates the automatic permission to use the DRS on the rear wing. The FIA, however, officially announced that there was a one-minute delay between the yellow flags and the official announcement that the DRS should not be used.

The racers thus using the DRS among the yellow flags were: Sebastian Vettel, Mark Webber, Kimi Raikkonen, Romain Grosjean, Valtteri Bottas, Daniel Ricciardo, Max Chilton, and Jenson Button. It is worth mentioning, however, that the green light was on on the main plane at that time, which is why the racers also thought that the use of DRS was allowed - enabled. So behind us is another confusing race due to problems between the FIA and the supplier.
