Nikita MAZEPIN: BAD BOY, even before he came to F1

Regarding the whole story around Mazepin, Steiner said: “It is a private matter and we will solve everything behind closed doors. We take everything extremely seriously, no matter what kind of contract we have with Nikita, ” adds and says: "As far as his racing in Bahrain is concerned, I see that we still have a lot of work to do so that he will not harm himself and others with penalties and reckless actions, because he will also harm the team."

“First I would like to see him start driving for us so we can make progress. So far, he hasn't actually driven a mile for Haas. He drove too aggressively in Bahrain and got fines, which is the best school for him. I just hope he learned something from it all, ” he added Steiner.

"I also make mistakes, but I am no longer the youngest. And sometimes I indulge too much in my emotions, but that's the only way I can show others how things can be improved in my case, ” concluded the 55-year-old from Merana.
