Tim Gajser drove the first MXGP race for the Swedish Grand Prix, after a nasty fall on Saturday, tactically and took fourth place without taking any unnecessary risks.

Maxime Renaux won the first race, while Jeremy Seewer and Glenn Coldenhoff also finished on the podium.

Gajser started the race from second place, but by the first corner he lost a few places and fell to sixth place, and then gained two places by the finish line. The 25-year-old from Pécs had a 122-point advantage before the start of the racing weekend in Sweden, and there are still three tests until the end of the season, in which we expect his fifth motocross world title.

The second run in Uddevala starts at 17:10.
