MotoGP recorded an increase in the number of spectators this season, despite the self-propelled Marco Marquez. The races of the highest class of motorcycling were watched by 2,47 million spectators this season. She received the largest visit to the Czech GP in Brno. The events there during the weekend were watched by 240.695 spectators, of which 138.000 were present at the race.

More than 200.000 spectators also enjoyed a racing weekend in Jerez and Sachsenring, and XNUMX races in Austin, Termas de Rio Hondo, Le Mans, Mugello, Catalonia, Assn, Indianapolis, Silverstone, Aragon, Sepang and Valencia.

The least interest was in the race in Qatar. There were only 17.890 spectators at the racetrack over the weekend. Nevertheless, the organizers there probably still had a glass of festive apple champagne, as their event was watched by three times fewer spectators last year.

The final total says that this year's events were watched by 2.473.624 spectators from the stands, compared to 2.433.763 spectators in the 2013 season.
