In the fight for second place, however, we saw quite a bit of confusion. Miguel Oliveira on a reborn KTM motorcycle took second place ahead of Joan Mir, who later lost second place due to off-track riding, but Mir also received a penalty for the same offense and slipped back to third place.

Johann Zarco fought for the lead in the first rounds of the race with Quartararo, which he also took a few times, but in the end he had to concede victory to his compatriot, then lost two more places and finished the race in fourth place. Nevertheless, he advanced to second place in the championship standings, where he is 24 points behind the leading Quartararo, and has 2 points ahead of Francesco Bagnaio.

The race was mostly very calm, in the warm-up lap it was marked by a strange accident between Zarco and Eneo Batianini, who overlooked the Frenchman and crashed into his backside when setting up at the starting positions.

After touching Brad Binder, Marc Marquez also resigned from the race, and Bagnaia lost important points in the championship when he made a mistake and fell. It was in the last laps of the race that we saw a few more resignations. So Alex Rins said goodbye with a fall from the race, as did Takaaki Nakagami.
