Massa: Williams operates as a new team after the changes

Felipe Massa believes Williams, after all the changes they have introduced in the last year, is a completely new team compared to Ferrari, where the Brazilian spent eight years before joining the team from Grove. The latter finished the 2013 season in ninth place, and this year they climbed to third. The credit can certainly be attributed in part to reinforcements among employees such as Pat Symonds and Rob Smedley. According to Massa, many innovations are to blame for the fact that the organization in the team is not the best and that he can attribute the point to the former employer in this respect.

“Williams is with a lot of new people and different things this year as a new team, but in the organization itself they are still behind Ferrari and probably some other teams as well. It wasn't perfect at Ferrari either, but as a big team, you were definitely better organized. However, Williams has an advantage over the wind tunnel, which works great and to which I attribute the remarkable changes to the car from the first to the last race, probably the most of all the teams. At Ferrari, we haven't been able to help ourselves much with the results from the wind tunnel in the last few years, so this fact was especially positive, ”Massa compared the former employer to the current one.
