After Pastor Maldonado placed in a miserable 18th place in the US Grand Prix qualifiers, he blamed the team for the reason for his failure. This is supposed to resort to dirty tricks to make him fail.
The Venezuelan hinted that the team had prepared tires for him with the wrong pressure, which prevented him from advancing to the second part of the qualifiers, while his teammate Valtteri Bottas broke through in the top ten.
In Williams, his allusions were discarded. “After qualifying, racers are under the influence of adrenaline, so I’m not surprised by his statements,” commented Maldonado’s allegations on Claire Williams, the team’s deputy chief.
“We will talk to the engineers together and find out what happened. But Williams would never sabotage his racer. ”
Maldonado's accusations are just a continuation of his attack on the British team, which began on Thursday, when he claimed that he did more for the team than it did for him.
