Haas today confirmed their racing line-up for next season, in which Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen will still compete. Thus, the two mentioned racers will compete together for the third season in a row next season. Team manager Gunther Steiner said:

"We have made a lot of progress compared to last year, so the decision to keep both racers was very easy."

At the moment, Kevin Magnussen is doing better, who is in ninth place in the overall standings with forty-nine points.

“I have never been in such a good position since I was here in The Hague. Here we are all very motivated and striving for the same goal. Gene Haas wants us to be efficient, and Gunther creates a very pleasant environment in the team so that everyone can show the most they can. We believe in each other and that is why we achieve such results. ”

After a very good second season in the team behind the Danish racer and his signing a contract was just a formality, his teammate Romain Grosjean was under more pressure due to many mistakes. The Frenchman only showed better performances in the second part of the season, in Austria he achieved the best ranking of the team in Formula 1 in fourth place, thus helping the team in the fight for fourth place in the overall standings. For him, next season will be the fourth in a row for the American team, for which he has been competing since their arrival in Formula 1 in 2016.

“In a short period of time, the team has achieved great things. This is a very impressive thing that we have managed. Everyone on the team put a lot of effort into it. I am very happy to be able to continue this story with the team going forward. Gene has created something special, something that we can improve on, and I am honored to be a part of it. ”
