Lotterer to Caterham?

Three-time Le Mans 24 Hours winner Andre Lotterer could surprisingly move to Formula One at the Belgian Grand Prix. Andreu is offered a headquarters in Caterham, where new owners have appeared, but they are open to the possibility of changing the racing team.

Namely, Caterham has all the chances to reach the tenth throw among the constructors, but for that they will need better racers and one of the possibilities is Lotterer, who could replace Kamui Kobayashi. For the time being, there is no official confirmation of this act, but there is more and more talk about it, and where there is smoke, there is probably fire.

Not to mention that Andre last drove a Formula One car between 2000 and 2002 for Jaguar when he was still a test racer. However, Lotterer won the title in the Super Formula in 2011, which means that he has enough experience with single seats. There is still a lot of openness, such as the fact that Andre must first get permission from Audi to race in the World Endurance Series and from TOM'S, as he should miss the race in Japan. Of course, he should also obtain the super license he qualified for last year when he finished as a leader in the Super Formula series. Among other things, Lotterer won Le Mans 2011-12 and this year, and is the current WEC champion.
