The current world champion of the motoGP class, Jorge Lorenzo is the winner of the first race of the new motorcycle season. After an exciting fight, nine-time world champion Valentino Rossi took second place and third place went to rookie in the royal class Marc Marquez.
The prospects for an exciting continuation of the motorcycle season are great, as the first race served us a very interesting fight between the riders. The whole race was led by Jorge Lorenzo and he finished first. Despite the poor start of newcomer Marco Marquez, he soon joined the leading group, which also included Jorge Lorenzo, Dani Pedrosa and Cal Crutchlow. While Lorenzo was gaining an increasing advantage, Rossi overtook Andrea Dovizioso and Stefan Bradl, and soon joined the fastest. In the end, we witnessed a spectacular duel between Marquez and Rossi, in which the latter eventually won.
Thus, Jorge Lorenzo finished the race first, followed by Valentino Rossi and then Marc Marquez.
