Nine-time world rally champion Sebastien Loeb will try to improve on the track record he set in 208 with a McLarn Formula One car, the MP16 1999, posted by Nick Heidfeld. The German stopped the stopwatch at 4 seconds.

The T16 performed in a very limited version (limited engine speed, etc.) at last year's festival, and was driven by Gregory Guilvert, who set the best total time. Loeb, which this year focuses mainly on Citroen's WTCC World Touring Car program, will have a race car without any restrictions.
