Lewis Hamilton finished the race in Suzuki prematurely after hitting Sebastian Vettl’s front wings with the rear right tire in the first lap of the race and cutting it. Although he was then able to continue, the incident on the race car allegedly left consequences that forced the Briton to finish the race in his garage.
“The start was good, one of the best this year,” Hamilton said. “I drove into the space created between the race cars. It seemed like a good idea, but the rear tire burst.
