Lewis Hamilton admitted after a dull performance at the race in Abu Dhabi, where he dropped from fourth starting position at the end of the race to seventh, that he will have to improve and show more in the races.
The Briton started the race with his teammate Nico Rosberg in the second starting line, but for the third time in a row he lost quite a few places by the end of the race. The former McLaren racer said he will have to work even harder if he wants to turn the situation in his favor in the last two races of this season.
“Nico’s results clearly show that the race car is better than what I achieve in racing,” Hamilton said. “It’s the same in every race. Others cannot take the blame for it. Nico gave the team a lot of points in the races, and I have to work hard to do the same. ”
