Professional magazine Auto Bild motorsport has selected the teams and racers of the year in its current issue. V Formulas 1 the big winners became seven-time world champions Lewis Hamilton and his team Mercedes.
Lewis Hamilton received a gold shoe for racer of the year already in the race for GP Bahrain, just before he tested positive for coronavirus. Toto wolff, team boss Mercedes, received the Team of the Year award. Wolff he said it was a great honor for him to be able to accept the recognition on behalf of his team. “Auto Bild is one of the most important magazines in our domestic German market, so I was happy to accept this award on behalf of all my colleagues."
Austrian he also took the opportunity to express his gratitude for his own parent concern. "Without Daimler, success over the years would not have been possible. We have the support of the entire Daimler family and it is a great privilege to be able to represent this company on the racetrack."

Their preparatory work was the platform that allowed us these serial victories."
