Commissioners added 20 seconds to Romain Grosjean's final time, as he was allegedly guilty of colliding with Jenson Button, but the Frenchman still remained in sixth place, finishing the race a good 21 seconds ahead of McLaren racer.
Grosjean was already fined for driving through the pits in the race because he drove off the marked part of the track when overtaking Felipe Massa.
