The fourth and thus also the last day of testing in Jerez was finished at the top by Felipe Massa with Williams. The day otherwise ended under red flags when Kevin Magnussen and McLarn were taken off the track in the tenth turn in protective tires. Toro Rosso racer Danill Kvyat also stopped on the track in the tenth turn.
Magnussen covered 110 laps, but the record holder was Fernando Alonso with 115 laps. The Spaniard finished the day in second place with a Ferrari F14 T, with no problems, stops on the track or trips off the track. It is worth mentioning Nic Rosberg with a Mercedes, who finished the morning test at the top with 91 laps, but in the afternoon Lewis Hamilton took the helm of his car. The Englishman then drove 41 laps, both finishing more at the start, in fifth and eighth place.
Among other things, Adrian Sutil was taken off the track, who lost control of the back of the car in a chicane and ended up on the grass by the track. In third place behind Alonso, Juncadella finished the test day with Force Indio. Kvyat and Ricciardo drove the fewest laps today, both of course with two race cars, which drive a Renault engine. Well at least Kamui Kobayashi with Caterham-Renault drove 54 laps.
