The International Motorcycle Federation (FIM) has published an outline calendar of races for the upcoming World Championship season. Surprisingly, Laguna Seca said goodbye to the calendar, and there are new trials in Argentina and Brazil.

The 2014 season will start in March in Qatar and will end in early November in Valencia. The new racetrack in Argentina, which sounds like the Termas de Rio Hondo, will host the third race of the season, and the royal motorcycling class is returning to that country for the first time in 14 years. The 2014 season will be one race longer than this year, as it consists of as many as 19 races.
