Dani Pedrosa will take part in the MotoGP home race for the Spanish Grand Prix in Jerez, namely as a KTM wildcard rider.
Pedrosa won 2006 MotoGP races during his active years between 2018 and 31, making him one of the most successful non-championship riders. The Spaniard has already competed for KTM as a wildcard at the Styrian Grand Prix 2021, where he won 14th place in the qualifiers and finished tenth in the race.
The news was confirmed by Red Bull KTM team boss Francesco Guidotti, who revealed that Jonas Folger will also do some testing for the team.
