SIMONE RESTA, head of the FERRARI chassis department, is leaving for HAAS
Ferrari is re-renovating its team’s technical department. Simone Resta will leave Maranello and will work for Haud’s Scuderia partner in the future. His position as head of the chassis will be taken over by Enrico Cardile, who previously took care of the development of the car. The head of the engine department remains Enrico Gualtieri, and the aerodynamics department will be headed by David Sanchez. On the latest restructuring of the technical department, Mattia Binotto, head of the Ferrari team, said: "Our structure is constantly changing. We are facing a task as a new generation of race cars arrives in 2022 and these are challenges we must approach very pragmatically. The latest changes go hand in hand. in hand with the restructurings we started a few months ago, and we want to create more synergies with the Haas team.
