The organizers of King of Europe, the largest drift event in Europe, have announced the calendar and locations of eight races for 2014. The opening race will take place on 3 and 4 May in neighboring Austria at the “PS Racing center Greinbach”. Only a week later, the 2nd race will take place in the Italian “Pontedera Activity resort” on May 10 and 11, in the homeland of the current champion Francesco Conti. Next month, King of Europe will move to the Dutch “Circuit Park - Zandvoort”, where on 21 and 22 June Dutch fans will also have the opportunity to watch the race, as this will be the first KoE race on Dutch soil. In England, where more than 100 drivers have registered for the national drift championship, the spectacular 4th KoE race will take place at the Lydden Hill racetrack on 28 and 29 June. In August, a surprise awaits us, as the drivers of the Pro Series will present the so-called “Touge” series, which will take place on the steep forest paths of Mount Belko, in Hungary between 9 and 10 August. Next week, the drivers will move only a few kilometers away to the abandoned Hungarian airport "Tokol", which can also be attended by drivers of the mountain series, which they raced only a week earlier. After a break of almost a month, the CoE returns to France on 13 September,
to the Bordeaux racetrack. This will be the last race before the final, so drivers will have to race at the limit of their capabilities, for the best success. On Saturday, September 20, the qualifications for Sunday's final and last race in 2014 will begin, which will reveal the new drift of the King of Europe. The race will take place in Spain at the racetrack in Valencia.
