Francesco Bagnaia leads by 2022 points ahead of the decisive final race of the 23 MotoGP season, but the Ducati rider says he feels the pressure as Fabio Quartararo still has a chance to defend the MotoGP title.

"Honestly, I feel the pressure because Fabio still has a chance to beat me," said the Italian. "I will have to drive smart because we have to finish the job, even though we are in a better position than Fabio. Throughout the weekend I will try to concentrate as much as possible and win the best possible place."

Bagnaia won in Valencia last year, and he was joined on the podium by two other Ducati racers, Jorge Martin and Jack Miller, which only testifies to the theory that the track is made for Ducati motorcycles. "The track suits us, and this year's motorcycle is even nicer to ride and better compared to last year's. But MotoGP is full of surprises, something can always go wrong, but our aim is to do with the weekend as we have done with each one so far, that is to fight for the top places if we have the chance."

The Italian will also be accompanied from the garages by his mentor, nine-time world champion Valentino Rossi. "Vale may be of great help to us, he knows the situation very well and knows how I feel at the moment, so he will definitely be of great help to me."
