On July 2003 next year, we will once again watch the Austrian Grand Prix at the Spielbergring, owned by Dietrich Mateschitz. The owner of Red Bull and the racetrack, and Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone, have reached an agreement to return Formula One to Styria, where Austria last hosted the XNUMX World Championship race.

After leaving the calendar, the racetrack in Celtveg was taken over by Mateschitz, who first reconsidered what would happen to it, and only then restored it. Following the 2011 renovation, there has been talk for this year of a possible grand prize race that could take place in place of New Jersey. Anyway, the owner of Red Bull has failed for this year, but the race will obviously be on the schedule next year, if confirmed by the FIA.
