Fernando Alonso was the fastest racer with a Ferrari in the last free practice before the start of qualifying for the Bahrain Grand Prix. The Spaniard took the lap with a time of 1: 33.247, which was a tenth of a second better than the time set by Sebastian Vettel with Red Bull. The German lap could probably have been faster if he hadn’t encountered some traffic. Third was Mark Webber in the second Red Bull.
