On the first day of the rally with the center on the Opatija Riviera, the crews drove the introductory two speed trials, where Rok Turk and Martina Lazar had a great time with the Peugeot 208 R2, as they were the fastest among the crews with front-wheel drive cars. Before Saturday's continuation, they are also in the 5th place in the overall ranking, and after the introductory twelve kilometers, on the second day of the Opatija rally, another 98 kilometers of speed trials await them.
Nice weather and as many as 119 registered crews attracted a large number of spectators to the coast, and Rok is in a good mood before continuing: “The atmosphere was great on the first day! According to the forecasts, good weather awaits us tomorrow as well, and interesting and varied speed trials certainly promise tense fights with seconds. Martina and I will definitely continue at the pace we started! ”
