Max Verstappen ended the 2022 season in Abu Dhabi with a record 15th win. The Dutchman led a routine race from start to finish, and Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez also finished the race on the podium, finishing second and third in the final classification of the championship.

Fourth was Carlos Sainz with Ferrari, who was involved in a collision with Lewis Hamilton at the beginning of the race, and fifth was George Russell, who finished his first season in a Mercedes race car ahead of teammate Hamilton. The seven-time world champion finished the season without a win for the first time in his F1 career. Ferrari ended the season in second place among the constructors with the race at Yas Marina.

Verstappen deservedly champion, record victory. Thank you f*ck that Hamilton was hit by a car so we didn't have to watch him drool at the best when they were doing dougnute. Farewell Vettel, I won't miss him, he's been invisible since he left red bull anyway. Ceko will have to show something more, otherwise Marko should kick him and give the seat to little Schumacher
