Even in the race in Abu Dhabi, Max Verstappen did not give in to his rivals and celebrated his 58th victory in Formula One after 54 laps. The Dutchman concluded an exceptional season in which he broke many records, among them he became the first driver to lead 1000 laps in a season at the race in Abu Dhabi.

Ferrari's Charles Leclerc finished the race on the podium, while Sergio Perez was third at the finish line, who was penalized with five seconds due to a collision with George Russell and thus slipped to fourth place. Even Leclerc tried to help the Mexican, who gave him his place and then tried to slow down Russell so that Perez could stay ahead of the Briton after the penalty, but he was unsuccessful. It was Russell who advanced to third place, and McLaren, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri also finished the race in the top six.

Seventh place was won by Fernando Alonso ahead of the excellent Yuki Tsunoda, who successfully held off Lewis Hamilton, and Lance Stroll was tenth.

With Russell's third place and Hamilton's ninth place, the Mercedes team won second place in the Constructors' Championship.
